Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you request readings, we store the cards drawn, your question, and the AI-generated response — only if you choose to save them. Anonymous readings are not stored.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Tarotsy service — to save your reading history, personalise your experience, and (if you opt in) deliver readings to your email. We do not sell your data to third parties.

AI & Third Party Services

Tarotsy uses Google Gemini to generate reading content. Your question and drawn cards are sent to the Gemini API to produce your reading. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for how they handle API data.

Data Retention

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard. Email addresses provided for one-time reading delivery are not stored after the email is sent.
